  Horrible horrible horrible customer service from Ray. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and yelled at the customer. The mattress that the customer ordered didn't come in because he did not correctly do his job. When the customer came in for a refund he didn't know how to do that and was disrespectful during the whole process. Will never come back here again.
